As we all know, war is a common thing. In your History lessons, what do you, nine times out of ten, learn about? A war. So, is history just one war after another? Well, not really, no. When in Science, you sometimes learn about famous scientists and what they discovered, created etc. That's history. But, if war is so evil and destructive, why do people love it so much? It could be any of these reasons: being able to kill people, being able to kill certain types of people and getting money for killing people. Simple, eh?But, what fuels war? What's the turning point when we go from peace to carnage, calm to chaos? Is it what our leaders tell us, or different reasons? We don't know, we aren't in their minds. But, then again, is war natural? Think about it: other animals fight all the time, over terriotory, mates, resources, all sorts. Aren't the former and the latter what we usually fight over?
Or is it just all for the sake of it? Is it in our DNA that we have to kill each other? Technically, I would say no, but that doesn't stop us. We make our own lives, despite what idiotic people who think that life is a load of shit think. I mean, people would go on about how they believe life is just something that was made to torture us. But it isn't. What they don't realise is how good they've got it. Take scene kids, such as hardcore emos and goths: about seven times out of ten, they'll come from a family that has money, food on the table and shelter. What they don't realise is that children in third world countries are poor, starving and have barely a roof over their heads.
So, what does all this come down to? Love for hate, is what I think.
